   Once you receive item, pls ensure make a return within 14 business days after you receive your order package. Customer pls note: Order without quality problem, the return request is not accept.

Please check our policy that we will not accept the return process within quality problem, such as buyer get a cheaper one, buyer just don't need it, buyer change the mind etc.

Buyer should request a return process within 15 business days after the package is deliveried. You should contact us first to inform us that you need to start a return process and sent us e-mail, e-mail title should be the order number and products.
